It has been found that the occurrence and development of most diseases are related to the dislocation of the spine. Correcting the dislocation of the spine by manipulation can cure the related diseases. People know too little about vertebral diseases, and there are too many vertebral diseases in life. It can be seen everywhere, just like the headache of gastrointestinal diseases, is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Drugs can only alleviate it, and it can be completely cured by chiropractic treatment. For example, various chronic diseases are becoming more and more common nowadays. Their occurrence and development are closely related to the deviation of the spine.

1、What is chiropractic medicine?

Answer: Chiropractic medicine is based on the principle of human vertebra and nervous system, and has realized a kind of chiropractic therapy similar to the ancient "massage" and "fall injury" in China. The method is based on the displacement of the human spine, using different sitting and lying postures, through the use of various techniques, in a few minutes can achieve pain relief and therapeutic effect. That is to say, using the method of natural healing to correct the spine so that the nerve is no longer infringed, and to restore the original function, is the most mild and effective way to treat the disease fundamentally.

2、What diseases can pelvic displacement cause?

Answer: The clinical manifestations of pelvic displacement are varied. According to the research of Japanese scholars.

(1)Right pelvic displacement type (right hip joint tension type) is characterized by parasympathetic nerve tension, liver and gastrointestinal dysfunction, emaciation, diarrhea, gynecological diseases, etc.

(2)The left pelvic displacement type (left hip joint tension type) is characterized by sympathetic nervous tension, low cardiac and pulmonary function, obesity, constipation and susceptibility to colds.

(3)Mixed type (right pelvic displacement with left or right hip joint tension, left pelvic displacement with right or left hip joint tension) manifested partial feeding, weight change, constipation and diarrhea alternately, and accompanied by the first two types of systemic symptoms.

3、When did pelvic displacement occur?

Answer: 99% of pelvic displacement is congenital and is caused by the passage of the fetus through the birth canal of the mother with pelvic displacement. Of course, acquired causes such as overload, pregnancy, falling to the ground at high altitudes, impact and the role of gravity are also important reasons.

4、Are spinal abnormalities common in children?

Answer: According to the survey of vertebral health of more than 2,000 students in five primary schools in a city, domestic experts found that the proportion of abnormal vertebrae was as high as 49% to 68.8%. More than 15% of them had varying degrees of scoliosis, and the serious cases had 450 scoliosis, which was worrying. There are many reasons for children's spinal abnormalities. First of all, from the point of view of the birth of infants, the more typical method of delivery is that once the head appears, the doctor turns the head 900, then slowly and continuously pulls the baby's body out with the cooperation of the body. The pulling force can reach 55 kg, so the injury of the baby's spine (mainly the neck) occurs from time to time. In the process of children's development, due to improper exercise and sports injury, abnormal posture and habits, it is also very easy to cause spinal subluxation. Vertebral scoliosis is a serious health hazard to students, seriously affecting the normal development of children, and under 12 years old is the best age for children to correct.

5、What happens when the neck, back or more joints burst?

Answer: Usually because your vertebral joints are locked or stuck, people with long or short legs and pelvic dislocation are more likely to appear.

6、Does my body usually have no symptoms and need to be corrected?

Answer: A prominent blind spot in China is that "no corrective treatment is needed for asymptomatic vertebrae". This view is wrong. The symptoms of the spine should not only be corrected correctly, but also be corrected and adjusted without symptoms. In adolescence, the spine is most vulnerable to injury because of its rapid and active growth. Because of the high flexibility of the spine in adolescents, the injury is very concealed. After entering adulthood, heavy physical labor or intense and inappropriate sports are also important factors causing spinal injury and degeneration. If there are certain injuries at an early age, there are usually more obvious symptoms at the beginning of middle age. After old age, the symptoms will become more and more obvious. Therefore, the most ideal spinal health care should be like many American families, from an early age should be placed under the inspection, supervision, guidance and treatment of vertebral correction experts, so that the spine can grow in the best conditions and conditions.

7、Does scoliosis have to be operated on? Can chiropractic be used to treat scoliosis?

Answer: Vertebral correction can treat scoliosis. Generally speaking, chiropractic treatment for children with scoliosis, most children's scoliosis has been controlled. Children who are generally younger and have a medial curve of 20 degrees are more likely to return to normal. Side bends between 25 and 35 degrees can generally improve from 3 to 10 degrees, and aggravation is rare. The treatment of scoliosis above 35 degrees is more difficult. Very few patients need surgical treatment.

8、Is chiropractic only for the treatment of abnormal diseases of the spine itself?

Answer: Chiropractic treatment can not only treat abnormal vertebral diseases such as scoliosis, vertebral dislocation and cervical spondylosis, but also treat vertebral related diseases such as headache, insomnia and arrhythmia in gastrointestinal diseases. A mature doctor should not only know how to remove the neck pain, low back pain of patients, but also the numbness and dizziness of hands and feet caused by nerve compression. Headache, but also to understand the treatment of a variety of spine-related diseases.

9、Is chiropractic the same as traditional Chinese massage?

Answer: Osteoplasty and chiropractic can not be confused with traditional Chinese massage, but they do have many similarities. The key difference lies in the different theoretical basis. Generally speaking, the theoretical basis of chiropractic surgery is western medicine theory, such as anatomy, biomechanics, X-ray and so on. Traditional Chinese massage is based on meridian theory.

10、What is Yinyang Foot, Long and Short Legs?

Answer: When the human pelvis dislocation occurs, one side of the thigh opens outward and the angle increases, which is slightly longer than the length of the other leg. It is called "pseudo-lengthening of the leg". The other side of the thigh adds inward, the angle decreases, and the contrast length is slightly shorter. This is the case of yin-yang feet, long and short legs.

11、How Chiropractic Medicine Developed?

Answer: Chiropractic therapy has been discriminated against, rejected and resisted by the Western Medical Association in the first decades of its spread in the United States. Many doctors have been sent to prison for chiropractic treatment under inappropriate legal provisions. After half a century of efforts and struggle by chiropractors, more importantly, it is due to the affirmation of their therapeutic effect by the people that finally it is accepted by the people. On July 22, 1980, at the grand annual meeting of the American Medical Association in Chicago, it was publicly recognized its medical value and legal status.

So far, there are 18 schools in the United States, more than 80,000 legitimate chiropractors, and 50 states have large-scale chiropractic hospitals, creating a new image for the medical profession in the United States. According to news reports, the annual income of chiropractors has been listed in the top ten income list of the United States in a certain year. The development of chiropractic therapy in the United States not only benefits Americans, but also disseminates this set of theories, therapies and experiences to advanced countries in the world. Up to now, 24 countries such as Britain, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Russia, Japan and Singapore in the East have been recognized as effective medical technologies, and their academic status has been affirmed.

12、How to Prevent Vertebral Disease?

Answer: Vertebral disease, especially cervical spondylosis, has a very high incidence and recurrence rate. If patients cooperate with doctors to take preventive measures, the incidence and recurrence rate of spondylosis can be greatly reduced.

1、Use appropriate cervical health pillow. One third of one's life is spent in sleep. If the pillow is not properly used, such as too high or too low, too soft or too hard, it will easily damage the cervical spine and cause facet joint dislocation. Be sure to choose pillows that fit your body. The general ideal pillow for cervical health care is characterized by a high fist in supine position, a high fist in lateral position and a moderate soft and hard texture.

  2、Get rid of bad habits.

  3、Choose a harder mattress.

4、Pay attention to the posture of lifting heavy objects.

  5、Do vertebral exercises regularly.

6、Do proper exercises such as swimming, taijiquan, hanging horizontal bar, backward walking, etc.

7、Find a professional chiropractor regularly for examination or health care.

13、What are the schools of chiropractic techniques in China?

Answer: It is understood that chiropractic medicine in China has developed to a certain extent in recent years, forming the following schools of chiropractic techniques:

1、Feng Tianyou's method of fixed-point rotational reduction of spine in Beijing Air Force General Hospital. His representative works are "Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine for Soft Tissue Injury".

2、The Longshi School of Manipulation in Guangzhou General Army Hospital uses three-step localization method to diagnose the affected vertebrae. Its representative work is "The etiology and treatment of vertebral diseases".

  3、American chiropractic technique

4、Chiropractic School of Hong Kong and Taiwan

5、Balanced Homeopathy and Flexible Reduction of Human Skeletal Framework for Shanghai Bo's Osteoplasty

6、Certain folk chiropractors are of their own school and apply different methods.

14、What are long leverage and short leverage?

Answer: The so-called long lever and short lever refer to the length of the manipulative force exerted by the reduction movement of the spinal lesion segment. Many traditional spinal manipulations often need a long force distance to generate restorative power, such as cranial force in cervical spine repair, shoulder and pelvis force in thoracolumbar spine repair, which is called long lever manipulation. If the manipulation exerts force directly on the spinous process and transverse process of the lesion segment, the moment is relatively short, which is called short lever manipulation.

15、What is Spinal Adjustment?

Answer: It refers to a special manipulation method in which the manipulator uses a short lever (usually spinous process or transverse process) to act directly on the joint by a fast and powerful manipulation.

16、What is Spinal Analysis?

Answer: Chiropractic medicine refers to the process of observing, judging and adjusting the patient's subluxated spine according to the chiropractor, so as to clarify the cause of subluxation. These include palpation, nerve localization, spinal X-ray, symptomatology, kinematics and measurement of skin temperature difference in the region of spinal nerve innervation.

17、What is spinal subluxation?

Answer: The so-called subluxation has two meanings: one is that the physiological, anatomical, dynamic and biomechanical properties related to the structure of vertebral joints have changed; the other is that the arrangement order of adjacent vertebrae has changed slightly. Sometimes this change can squeeze the spinal nerve and affect the transmission of mental impulses. D. D. Palmer, founder of chiropractic therapy, and Chiropractor of the orthodox school insist that abnormal mental impulses caused by compression of the spinal nerve must be accompanied by disorders in the mechanical structure of the spine. This condition is called "subluxation" according to chiropractic treatment.

18、What are the causes of spinal dislocation (subluxation)?

Answer: The spine is elastic when it is bent normally. In human life, we will encounter all kinds of injuries to the spine, resulting in spinal dislocation (subluxation). When a baby is born, if the doctor pulls the baby out of the mother's body with excessive force, the cervical vertebra of the baby will be easily damaged. Bad posture and inappropriate exercise during the growth of young children can also damage the spine.

19、What is waist-pelvis-hip Holism?

Answer: The pelvis is a solid whole connected by the sacrum and bilateral iliac, sitting and pubic bones. It is the base of the trunk. The weight of the trunk is transferred from the fifth lumbar vertebra to the lower limbs through the sacroiliac and hip joints. Sacroiliac articular surface generally fits very well on the vertical plane, and there are enough ligaments around it to maintain it, which constitutes a "self-locking system". Acute and chronic injuries can destroy this "self-locking system" through various axial impacts and cause various displacements, resulting in corresponding mechanical changes, known as "pelvic disorders". The main manifestations are displacement of body gravity line, tilt of pelvis, change of radian and lateral bending of lumbar spine, increase of thoracic kyphosis, horizontal tilt of cervico-thoracic junction and contrary to pelvic level in order to achieve trunk stability. This kind of compensation of cervico-thoracic segment is easy to cause cervical and thoracic vertebral body dislocation due to weak muscle strength, resulting in a series of relatively complex clinical symptoms. Therefore, this theory is called one of the theoretical core of the whole ridge theory.
